It doesn't matter where you are coming from,

It only matters where you are going to!!!!

Not happy with area's of your life?

Fed up of going around in circles?

 DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

It really doesn't matter where you are today and it doesn't matter how you got there. What matters is that you don't have to stay there. I know from my own experiance that anybody can change their life all they need is the tools and support to do so.

It may seem that things will  never get any better and all you see are obstacles to your dreams, I know the feeling. All I saw for years were obstacles, so I didn't even bother starting to change things.

The truth was that the thought of change petrified me. I would at times get fed up with the way my life was, but after five minutes of looking at my options I would have analyzed them, dissected them and come to every negative conclusion that there could be.

Its very hard to see the positive in things when you have no self belief, all I could do was focus on the problems of which there were many.

There is a very simple truth that I have learned

You cannot change anything by focusing on the problems,

If you want to change you must focus on the solutions and then find the courage, support and whatever tools you need to apply those solutions.

There are no problems which don't have a solution. As the old saying goes,

HOW DO YOU MOVE A MOUNTAIN?

ONE SHOVEL AT A TIME.

I know today that anything is possible, stay with me and in a while maybe you will too.

Bright Future
